Our corporate and partnership services team help ease the burden of setting up, maintaining and dissolving a company or partnership.

We support clients with company incorporation, the provision of directors and officers, statutory record keeping, bookkeeping and financial statements preparation through out the lifecycle of a structure. The companies we administer are used for holding investment portfolios, private equity investments, property (both residential and commercial), chattels and intellectual property. We also administer a small number of trading companies.
